Meet Mr. Berg

Andrew Berg, PA-C grew up in the Kansas City area.  After high school, Mr. Berg enlisted in the army and was eventually selected from the US Army's Special Forces (Green Berets) for the military's Physician Assistant School at Fort Sam Houston in Texas.  He is now a retired Army Officer with 22 years of service.  Mr. Berg has been practicing dermatology with Dermatology Specialists of Kansas City since 1999. He is a published first author on several dermatology papers and is a national speaker and educator in dermatology.  He also teaches dermatology to the local third and fourth year medical students who rotate through our clinic. 

Mr. Berg is a PADI Master Scuba Instructor, and co-owner of TD Scuba in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. He teaches all specialties of diving from beginner through advanced rebreather diving.

He founded Veteran Adventures, a not-for-profit corporation leading disabled veterans and their children on adventure motorcycling and scuba diving excursions. 

Mr. Berg has raised 5 sons and his youngest now serves in the Army.
