Office Location
Our office is conveniently located in the Carondelet Medical Building (A), 1st Floor Suite 125, adjacent to Saint Joseph Health Center at I-435 and State Line Road. (Shown Above)

If traveling from the East: (See Map Below)
Take I-435 to the State Line exit and go south (left), under the highway, to the first stoplight. This is Carondelet Drive. Go east (left) on Carondelet Drive to the Carondelet Medical Building (A).

If traveling from the West: (See Map Below)
Take I-435 east to the State Line Road exit. At the stoplight you will go straight onto Carondelet Drive to the Carondelet Medical Building (A).

Parking:
Patient parking is located both to the south in lot A, as well as to the west in lot A1. There are plenty of handicap spaces available directly in front of the medical building for those patients in need.
