Protect your skin with Sunblock

Taking precautions to protect your skin from the harmful effects of long-term exposure to Ultraviolet light from the sun can help maintain not only healthy looking skin but also significantly reduce the risk of more serious problems like skin cancer. To that end, Dr. Rupp has spent considerable time and effort researching products that provide the very best protection from the damaging effects of UVA and UVB light. Considering the right combination of ingredients as well as how those ingredients are applied and utilized by the skin. Dr. Rupp has identified, what he feels is, a line of products that provides the very best protection from the harmful rays of the sun.

UVA or UVB - Whats the difference?

Many skin conditions are due to an over-exposure to Ultraviolet light.

Ultraviolet rays consist of both UVB and UVA wavelengths; while UVB rays are most damaging, causing sunburn and skin cancer, you should also be concerned with the effects of UVA rays on your skin. Recently, scentists have found UVA to be responsible for photoaging (the premature aging or deep wrinkling of your skin) and a contributing factor in skin cancer.
